Contest Rules
Between October 15, 2015 and November 6, 2015, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, we will select 11 winners to receive a $50 coupon for use on 11.11! (on single transactions of not less than USD70 in value.)AliExpress 11.11 SNS Contest (“Contest”) –Terms & Conditions(the “Official Rules”)
1. Promoter:Alibaba.com Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited, a company incorporated in Singapore with a registered office address at 10 Collyer Quay # 10-01, Ocean Financial Centre, Singapore 049315 (the “Promoter”).2. Promotion Period:The promotion begins October 15, 2015 at 00:00:00 AM PST and ends November 6, 2015 at 11:59:59 PM PST (the “Promotion Period”).3. Eligibility:Registered members of the AliExpress.com website. Entry to this Contest is free. Employees, officers and directors of the Promoter and their respective immediate family members, affiliated and subsidiary companies, any company involved in the Contest, together with their agents are not eligible to enter.4. The Contest:a)  During the Promotion Period, registered members of the AliExpress.com may enter the Contest by submitting a picture of how and why they are ready for 11.11 with the hashtags #Readyfor1111 and #AliExpress at any of the following social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or VK (each an “SNS Platform”).b)  11 Winners will be announced every Monday, Wednesday and Friday during the Promotion Period (99 winners in total) at the AliExpress 11.11 website (http://sale.aliexpress.com/ready_for_1111_photo.htm) and each winner will receive a $50 AliExpress Coupon for use on November 11, 2015 (“Prize”).c)  Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. Late entries and incorrectly completed entries will not be accepted.d)  Winners will be decided by the Promoter and the Promoter’s decision is final.e)  Participants may submit as many entries as they wish but no participant may win more than one Prize.f)  Winners will be notified directly via the SNS Platform they submitted the entry. Winners must provide valid details of their AliExpress account in order to receive the Prize.g)  Winners who fail to provide valid AliExpress account details to the Promoter by November 9, 2015 will forfeit their Prize.h)  By entering this contest, each participant confirms that his/her entry is their wholly-owned creation and, to the extent that such entry makes use of any third party materials, that he/her has obtained the necessary rights to use such third party materials. Each participant also confirms that anyone depicted in an entry has given their permission for the inclusion of their image in the entry and the use of the entry including their image by the participant and the Promoter.i)  By submitting an entry, each participant grants to the Promoter and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, transferable licence to use, edit, copy, publish, translate, modify, adapt, display, make available and distribute the entry.j)  The Promoter will use data submitted by participants only for the purposes of this competition. By entering this contest, all participants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of this contest and any other purposes to which the participant has consented.k)  This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with any of the SNS Platforms. You acknowledge that any information and material that you submit to enter this Contest is submitted to the Promoter.5. The Prize:a)  Prizes will be released directly to the winner’s AliExpress account on or before November 10, 2015.b)  Prizes are non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.c)  The Prize can only be used at the AliExpress Marketplace (www.aliexpress.com) on November 11, 2015 between 00:00:00 PST and 23:59:59 PM PST (the “Usage Period”), on single transactions of not less than USD70 in value.d)  Prizes that remain unused after Usage Period will lapse and cannot be refunded or exchange for anything.e)  Use of the Prize is subject to the AliExpress Coupons Terms and Conditions, which can be found at http://help.aliexpress.com/coupons_terms_conditions.html. If any terms and conditions set forth in the AliExpress Coupons Terms and Conditions conflict with any terms of these Official Rules, the terms of these Official Rules shall prevail.f)  The Promoter reserves the right and absolute discretion to cancel or revoke any participant’s right to use the Prizes upon discovery of any participant’s dishonest, malicious, fraudulent, unlawful or, in the opinion of the Promoter, inappropriate acts in its participation in the Contest without liability to the participant.6. Disputes:The participant acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter or any of its affiliates shall not be responsible, and shall have no liability to it or anyone else for any dispute or claim that arises out of the participant’s participation in the Contest.7. General Rules:By participating in the Contest, the participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or undeliverable entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by e-mail or otherwise. The Promoter reserves the right in it sole and absolute discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the Official Rules or the Contest in whole or in part, without liability to the participant. The amended and restated Official Rules shall be effective immediately upon posting on the AliExpress.com website. After posting of the amended and restated Official Rules, the participant’s continued participation in the Contest shall be deemed to be its acceptance of the amended and restated Official Rules. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant in its sole discretion.8. Governing Law:You agree that this promotion is governed, interpreted and enforced by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all legal actions, claims or proceedings arising out of, or in connection with this promotion must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong.9. Disclaimer:To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Promoter be liable to any participant for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business or profits) arising out of or in connection with the participant’s participation in the event, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not Promoter has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
