Q10: Why I failed to apply a coupon to my order?Sometimes, you may find a coupon unavailable for an order. To find out why:
     1. Check your coupon’s validity period under My AliExpress > My Coupons If the coupon status is ‘Expired’ or ‘Used’, you can’t apply this coupon anymore.
     2. Check whether your payment amount reaches the minimum order requirement: For example, if a coupon is only valid for orders over US $100, but your order value is US $80, then you won’t be able to apply it to this order.
     3. Check for specific coupon terms, such as the required device or specific items.
Q11: I applied a coupon but didn’t place the order successfully. How can I get my coupon back?If you’ve applied an AliExpress coupon to your order, which get closed, your coupon will be returned along with your full refund. And it will not affect the coupon’s validity period.
Q12: If a coupon is expired, can I get a new one to replace it?Coupons that remain unused after the specified validity period will lapse and cannot be refunded or resent. Please pay attention to the validity period and apply your coupon in time. 
Q13: When will you refund the 0.01 USD that I spend on the $2 AliExpress Coupon?Upon completion of the order of the US $2 AliExpress Coupon, US$0.01 will be refunded to the charged payment card account.
Q14: Why is my order closed?If your order is closed, you will receive a notification at your email address with the detailed reason. Below are some possible reasons that can lead to an order being closed:

And it’s issued on a first-come, first-served basis. When the daily limit is reached, you will receive the above message when trying to get the coupon. Don’t be late to the party!
