“Reyes de Plaza” Rules, Terms & Conditions (the “Official Rules”) These Terms & Conditions apply to the “Reyes de Plaza” promotional campaign, game, or event (each, a “Promotion”) being run on the AliExpress website (www.aliexpress.com) (“AliExpress.com”).
The promotion begins on 1 March 2017 00:00 (PT) and ends on 30 March 2017 (PT) (the “Promotion Period”). 1. The Promotion: Alibaba.com Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited, a company incorporated in Singapore with registered office address at 10 Collyer Quay # 10-01, Ocean Financial Centre, Singapore 049315 (the “Promoter”). 2. Availability:This Promotion is available on the Aliexpress.com website, Aliexpress.com iPhone and Android App, as well as Android Pads, iPads and the mobile site of Aliexpress.com. During the Promotion Period (see clause 2 below), Eligible Members (as defined under Clause 5) who satisfy the requirements under Clause 6 will win a product sponsored by one of AliExpress.com’s suppliers.5. Eligible Member:You must be a registered member of Aliexpress.com, except that employees, officers and directors of the Promoter and their respective immediate family members, affiliated and subsidiary companies, any company involved in the Promotion, together with their agents are not eligible to enter.
6. Promotion-specific Rules: a) During the Promotion Period and commencing from 1 March 2017, AliExpress.com will on a weekly basis display seven (7) products sponsored by suppliers of AliExpress.com to be given away on each of the day in the following week as prizes under this Promotion (each, a “Prize”). b) A total of thirty (30) Prizes will be given away during the Promotion Period. c) The Eligible Member that makes the highest amount in payment transactions (in dollar value) for purchase orders on https://plaza.aliexpress.com/ (the “Plaza Channel”), and/or products otherwise offered for sale or advertised as offered for sale on the Plaza Channel, at the end of any one day, as recorded in his AliExpress.com account, during the Promotion Period will be awarded the Prize displayed by AliExpress.com for that day (each winning Eligible Member shall be referred to as a “Winner”). In the event of dispute between the Promoter’s record of payment transactions made and any Eligible Member’s payment transaction records made on https://plaza.aliexpress.com/, the Promoter’s record shall be final and conclusive. d) AliExpress.com will announce the Winner the following day of the Winner winning the Prize, and will contact the Winner via email within 3 days of the Winner being announced. The Winner shall respond to AliExpress.com’s email within 4 days of the email being sent. Failure by the Winner in responding to AliExpress.com’s email shall be regarded as the Winner’s election to forego the Prize. e) AliExpress.com will contact each day’s Winner within 3 days after the Promotion Period via the Winner’s email registered on AliExpress.com in respect of the delivery of the Prize.
7. General Rules: a) By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. b) Any attempt to manipulate the AliExpress.com system or winning of the Prize and/or fraud and/or abuse of the offers (eg, AliExpress coins or coupons) awarded/ received under the Promotion (“Offers”) by you (as determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of your eligibility to the Offers and/or cancellation of all or part of your account(s) with the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to deduct the value of any Offers awarded inappropriately to you directly from your account(s) with the Promoter without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts. c) In the event that the Promotion is ceased or suspended by the relevant authorities or due to serious network attack or system fault, the Promotion may be terminated prematurely. Such situation shall constitute a force majeure event and the Promoter shall not be liable for any damages or claims that arise out of the event. d) The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or undeliverable entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by e-mail or otherwise. e) In the event that the Promotion becomes inoperable due to any computer network related reasons, you agree that the Promoter shall not be held liable for any damages. f) Time and validity of any transactions and/or your eligibility to the Offers shall be determined by the Promoter at it sole discretion based on the Promoter’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record of transaction held by you and that held by the Promoter, the Promoter’s record shall be conclusive and binding on you. g) The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Official Rules as well as to vary or terminate any of the Offers without prior notice. In the event of disputes, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding. h) The Promoter reserves the right and absolute discretion to cancel or revoke your right to participate in a Promotion or use any Offers, upon discovery of your dishonest, malicious, fraudulent, unlawful or, in the opinion of the Promoter, inappropriate acts in its participation in any Promotion without liability to you.
8. Conflict of Terms and Conditions:a) In case of any discrepancy in the content between the English and other non-English language versions of these Official Rules, the English version shall prevail. b) In the event that any of the terms under these Official Rules conflict with rules and/or any such related information displayed elsewhere on AliExpress.com, the terms under these Official Rules shall prevail.

Disclaimer: a) THE PRIZES ARE PROVIDED DIRECTLY BY SUPPLIERS ON THE https://plaza.aliexpress.com/ WEBSITE AND NOT BY ALIEXPRESS.COM, AND ALIEXPRESS.COM MERELY LIAISE WITH SUPPLIERS IN RESPECT OF THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZES TO WINNER. ALIBABA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO WINNER AND/OR ANY THIRD PARTIES FOR ANY INJURIES, HARMS, LOSSES AND/OR DAMAGES CAUSED TO WINNER AND/OR THIRD PARTY ARISING FROM THESE PARTIES’ USE OF THE PRIZES. ALIEXPRESS.COM MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF TITLE, OR OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. Governing Law::You agree that this Promotion is governed, interpreted and enforced by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all legal actions, claims or proceedings arising out of, or in connection with this Promotion must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong.
