All sellers on AliExpress.com are required to guarantee that their products are delivered on time, this is also known as On-time Delivery. On each product page you can find within how many days a seller ships out a product and within how many days this product should be delivered. On-time Delivery starts the moment the sellers has shipped out the product. If you have purchased anything on AliExpress.com, but didn't receive it within the seller’s guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund.
All products on AliExpress.com are guaranteed to be delivered within 60 days (90 days for deliveries to Russia,120 days for deliveries to Brazil). If you buy any product through the site, you are protected if you don't receive your order on time.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of AliExpress.com
4. Unauthorized charges made to your bank account (e.g. if you bypassed AliExpress and made a payment directly to the seller)

When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described or is of low quality, you can contact the seller to resolve these problems (according to the seller's set of returns guarantees).You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund with seller.

With Domestic Returns, you get an extra 15 days (on top of the on-time delivery date) to decide if you want to keep or return the item.
Not all products on AliExpress.com come with Domestic Returns. Sellers can choose to offer this extra service, and will most likely do so if they are using a warehouse which is located in your country.
1. Goods which have been taken out of their original packaging cannot be sold again by the seller and can therefore not be returned.
2. Goods should be returned in the exact same packaging as in which they were received, including accessories, manuals, invoices, tags, etc.
3. Goods or accessories which show signs of being used or damaged will not be accepted for returns.
4. Goods that have been washed, worn, damaged or had tags removed from, will not be taken back by the seller.
5. Jewelry, watches, accessories, glasses or similar products which have been used, customized, carved, changed or damaged can also not be returned.
With Domestic Returns you get an extra 15 days, on top of the order completion date, to decide if you want to keep or return the item. The order completion date and time can be found in your order details.
