1. On the item page, select 'AliExpress Standard Shipping' when adding to your cart. On the order confirmation page, Relais Colis®️ delivery will then appear as an option if it is available for your order.
Make sure your contact information is correct (First and last name, phone number and email).
2. Once your parcels have arrived and are ready to be picked up at a Relais Colis®️ point, you will be informed by an email and an SMS, based on the contact information you provided when placing your order.
3. Parcels will be "hand-delivered" by an employee at the Relais Colis®️ point you selected at the time of your order. To pick up your package, you will need to present your ID for verification, in addition to electronically signing for your parcel to formally acknowledge its receipt.If someone comes on your behalf to pick up your parcel, he/she must present a signed letter of authorization from you, your original ID and his/her original ID.
4. Before accepting your parcel, remember to check the condition of the package in front of the onsite employee. You are not allowed to open the parcel onsite. However, if you notice any external damage to the packaging (broken or ripped packaging, etc.), please report it directly to the onsite employee so that they may input the information into the system at the time that you provide your electronic signature.
5.Your parcel will be available at the selected Relais Colis®️ point for a maximum duration of 14 calendar days.

The availability of this service will only be indicated on your order confirmation page if AliExpress Standard Shipping is selected as the method of delivery.
