3 Task Types: AliExpress CPS tasks, Social Media CPS tasks and Fixed Price tasks

Task SetupAliExpress CPS Tasks:1. Task Type: An 'AliExpress CPS task' refers to when the influencer's content is to be posted on AliExpress Feed.
2. Item Links: Only one item link can be included in the content (however, several influencers/agencies can apply for the same task).
3. CPS Commission: This is the rate that you set in Portals. To modify, please click here. (https://afseller.aliexpress.com/affiliate/marketingPlanAdd.htm). The new fee should come in to effect within one business day.
4. Content Type: You may choose the content type. If you select multiple content types, the influencer's content will be considered satisfactory as long as it fits any one of the selected formats.
5. Samples: If you create a task with a sample, you will need to send a sample to the influencer once you have approved their application.

Social Media CPS Tasks:1. Task Type: A 'Social Media CPS Task' refers to when the influencer's content is to be published on a social media platform outside of AliExpress.
2. Other: See 'AliExpress CPS Tasks' for more information.Fixed Price Tasks:

1. Task Type: A 'Fixed Price Task' refers to tasks where the seller has agreed to pay a set fee for more customized content.
2. Item Links: Fixed price tasks support the promotion of multiple goods. If the goods are listed as having a CPS commission fee in Portals, then the influencer can also use the listed CPS promotion link to earn a CPS fee (i.e. they can potentially earn both a set fee and a CPS fee).Additional Information (Applicable To All Task Types):

1. Language Requirements: At present, most of the registered influencers are English- or Russian-speaking, and there are few influencers available for other languages. However, content on AliExpress is automatically translated into multiple languages.
2. Description: It's best if you provide a clear description of the item, including its selling points, so that the influencer has a clear idea of what they should highlight. The idea is to help the influencer create content that will grab shoppers' interest.
3. Task-related links: In order to help the influencer understand the item and create better content, you can provide relevant videos, images, etc.4. Application Deadline: This is the latest time that the influencer can apply by, and once this deadline has passed, the task will no longer be visible in Portals.
5. Content Submission Deadline: This is the latest time that the influencer can submit content by. For tasks with samples, it's recommended that you set this deadline 45 days or later after the application deadline.

1. Task ID vs. Order ID: The Task ID is the ID that is generated when the seller posts a task, and the Order ID is the ID that is generated once the influencer has applied for a task. In order to ensure smooth communication, it is recommended that you refer to the Order ID when communicating with influencers.
2. Avatars: Click on an agency's or influencer's avatar to view more information about them.
3. Agency Avatars: Agency avatars will be clearly marked with a MCN symbol.
4. Close Submissions: If you close submissions early, influencers who have not yet applied will not be able to see the task on the Task Square. For those who have applied but not yet passed the review, the system will treat it as rejecting their application. Finally, for those who have already applied and had their application accepted, the task (and the payment) will be settled as per usual.Step 4: Go to the Task Details page to review applications by influencers/agencies

1. Tasks Completed: This is the number of tasks that the applicant has completed on the AliExpress platform.
2. Single vs. Batch Approval/Rejection: In order to simplify the process, you can batch approve or reject (i.e. approve or reject multiple applications at once), or you can review the applications one by one.
3. Multiple Applications by Agencies: It is normal for agencies to apply for the same task multiple times. This is due to to the fact that one agency will be representing multiple influencers and will be applying on the behalf of more than one person. If you have agreed to provide samples for the task, you will need to provide multiple samples to the agency.

Shipping Process:If you select 'Sample Available' when you create the task, please send a sample (recommended: 1-3 pieces) after you have approved the influencer's or agency's application. Please be sure to fill in the tracking information immediately after sending the item, so that the influencer/agency can track the shipment's progress and better plan their content creation schedule.Step 1: Log on to AE Connect at https://connect.aliexpress.com/

1. You will be able to view the influencer's or agency's provided shipping address.
2. You will need to fill in the 'sender's information' section (the system will allow you to modify the information if it is incorrect).

2. For CPS tasks, content "approval" is automatic, because payment is based on the actual number of orders placed (*If you have strong content requirements, it is recommended that you create a Fixed Price task instead).
3. For CPS tasks, once the content is marked as submitted, the 'content creation' stage will be considered over.
4. CPS tasks are long-term. Even once the task has "ended" the influencer may still earn a commission fee if fans purchase the item via their post (for detailed rules, please refer to the rules posted on Portals).

Influencer Fees:1. CPS Tasks:
The CPS fee is based on the actual number of items sold via the influencer's post. The CPS commission will be settled via Portals, and the seller does not need to pay a separate fee on AE Connect.2. Fixed Price:
There are two possible scenarios, depending on how you initially set-up the task. A) The task is a 'Fixed Price' task only. In this case, once the content has been accepted by the seller, the seller will need to pay the agreed upon fee to the influencer. B) The task is both a 'Fixed Price' and 'CPS' task. In this case, the seller will need to pay the agreed upon set fee via offline payment outside AliExpress, while any earned CPS fee will be settled through Portals.Once you have approved the content, payment and other related information will become viewable.
