Service RulesAny item can be returned, no questions asked, within 7 days of delivery. However, the item must be in good condition as defined by CHUWI and show no signs of use or damage that may affect the seller's ability to resell the item. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse or modifications.Items ordered during Brand Fest (Sept 15-16, 2020 PT) include a 1-year repair warranty, with the exception of any accessories or free gifts.
