“AliExpress Anniversary – Your Party” Rules, Terms & Conditions (the “Official Rules”)These Terms & Conditions apply to the “AliExpress Anniversary – Your Party” promotional campaign, game, or event (each, a “Promotion”) being run by AliExpress.

1. The Promotion: During the Promotion Period (see clause 2 below), Eligible Members (as defined under Clause 5) who satisfy the requirements under Clause 6 shall be entitled to AliExpress Coupons at a value of US $100 according to Clause 6 hereof (each, an “Offer”).

2. Promotion Period: The promotion begins on March 14, 2018 00:00:00 Pacific Time (PT) and ends on March 26, 2018 23:59:59 (the “Promotion Period”), including two stages:
a) Stage one begins on March 14, 2018 00:00:00 and ends on March 18, 2018 23:59:59 (“Stage One”);
b) Stage two begins on March 22, 2018 00:00:00 and ends on March 26, 2018 23:59:59 (“Stage One”)

3. Promoter: Alibaba.com Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited, a company incorporated in Singapore with registered office address at 10 Collyer Quay # 10-01, Ocean Financial Centre, Singapore 049315 (the “Promoter”).

4. Availability: This Promotion is available on AliExpress Facebook at: [www.facebook.com/AliExpress, www.facebook.com/aliexpress.es, www.facebook.com/aliexpressbr, www.facebook.com/AliExpressLATAM, www.facebook.com/aliexpressfrance, www.facebook.com/aliexpress.il/] and VK Page at: [vk.com/aliexpress] (“AliExpress Social Media Page”).

5. Eligible Member: You must be a registered member of aliexpress.com, except that employees, officers and directors of the Promoter and their respective immediate family members, affiliated and subsidiary companies, any company involved in the Promotion, together with their agents are not eligible to enter.

6. Promotion-specific Rules:
a) During Stage One Eligible Member may join the Promotion by posting his or her idea about an ideal party at comment section on AliExpress Facebook and/or VK Page (each, a “Post”). Promoter will select, on an absolute discretionary basis, the top 35 Posts based on its originality, creativity and quality. Each 35 Posts will be entitled to 2 AliExpress Coupons at a value of US $100, which may be used on a transaction of US $100.01 or above.
b) The top 14 Posts according to Clause 6.a) will become the finalists and may participate in the Promotion during Stage Two (each, a “Finalist”) according to Clause 6.c), while each of the top 35 Posts the top 14 Posts will be entitled to 2 AliExpress Coupons at a value of US $100, which may be used on a transaction of US $100.01 or above;
c) During Stage Two the Finalists may create a Facebook Event on AliExpress Facebook and VK Page to get people interested about their party event (each, a “Participant Event”). Creators of the 7 most popular Participant Events with the most «interested» mentions on their Participant Events page will be the winners (each, a “Winner”) and will be entitled to 10 AliExpress Coupons at a value of US $100, which may be used on a transaction of US $100.01 or above
d) For receiving the Offers You may be required by the Promoter to provide your AliExpress Account and all submitted information is subject to AliExpress Privacy Policy.
e) Promoter is entitled to withdraw the Offers granted to You and/or the transactions You made with the Offers, provided Your participation in the Promotion is recognized by the Promoter, on a discretionary basis, as fraudulent.

7. General Rules:
a) By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
b) Any fraud and/or abuse of the offers (eg, AliExpress coins or coupons) awarded/ received under the Promotion by you (as determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of your eligibility to the Offers and/or cancellation of all or part of your account(s) with the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to deduct the value of any Offers awarded inappropriately to you directly from your account(s) with the Promoter without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
c) In the event that the Promotion is ceased or suspended by the relevant authorities or due to serious network attack or system fault, the Promotion may be terminated prematurely. Such situation shall constitute a force majeure event and the Promoter shall not be liable for any damages or claims that arise out of the event.
d) The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or undeliverable entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by e-mail or otherwise.
e) In the event that the Promotion becomes inoperable due to any computer network related reasons, you agree that the Promoter shall not be held liable for any damages.
f) Time and validity of any transactions and/or your eligibility to the Offers shall be determined by the Promoter at it sole discretion based on the Promoter’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record of transaction held by you and that held by the Promoter, the Promoter’s record shall be conclusive and binding on you.
g) The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Official Rules as well as to vary or terminate any of the Offers without prior notice. In the event of disputes, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding.
h) The Promoter reserves the right and absolute discretion to cancel or revoke your right to participate in a Promotion or use any Offers, upon discovery of your violation of these Rules or your dishonest, malicious, fraudulent, unlawful or, in the opinion of the Promoter, inappropriate acts in your participation in any Promotion.

8. AliExpress Coins/Coupon Additional Terms and Conditions: If you are receiving AliExpress coins and/or coupons as Offers, terms and conditions under this paragraph 8 shall also apply.
a) Your account on AliExpress.com will be immediately credited with the Offer upon you being offered to receive the Offer and your taking of that Offer.
b) The Offer can only be used
c) in the term as it is given in the Coupons (“Usage Period”).
d) In the case of AliExpress coupons as Offers:
i. Coupons that remain unused after the Usage Period will lapse and cannot be refunded or exchanged for anything; and
ii. AliExpress coupons may not be used for certain regions and/or products and/or shipping purposes as may be decided by AliExpress.com from time to time.
e) In the case of AliExpress Select Coupons as Offers:
i. Eligible Members can use the AliExpress Select Coupons at participating stores in accordance with the minimum purchase requirement laid down by the respective merchant. For instance:
ii. If the merchant allows a coupon with value of US$10 to be used on an order of US$99 or above, then an Eligible Member can use five (5) coupons (ie, making up US$10 in value) when he/she makes a purchase of products US$99 or more at that merchant’s store;
iii. If the merchant allows a coupon with value of US$4 to be used on an order of US$39 or above, then an Eligible Member can use two (2) coupons (ie, making up US$4 in value) when he/she makes a purchase of products US$39 or more at that merchant’s store; and
iv. If the merchant allows a coupon with value of US$2 to be used on an order of US$19 or above, then an Eligible Member can use one (1) coupon (ie, making up US$2 in value) when he/she makes a purchase of products US$19 or more at that merchant store.
f) Each AliExpress Select Coupon can only be used for products purchased at a single store within one purchase order, but multiple AliExpress Select Coupons can be used at a single store within the same purchase order.

a) In case of any discrepancy in the content between the English and other non-English language versions of these Official Rules, the English version shall prevail.
b) In the event that any of the terms under these Official Rules conflict with rules and/or any such related information displayed elsewhere on AliExpress.com, the terms under these Official Rules shall prevail.

10. Disclaimer: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, In no event will the promoter be liable to YOU for any direct, INDIRECT, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business or profits) arising out of or in connection with your participation in thIS PROMOTION, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not Sponsor Has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

11. Disputes: You acknowledge and agree that the Promoter or any of its affiliates shall not be responsible, and shall have no liability to it or anyone else for any dispute or claim that arises out of your participation in the Promotion.

12. Governing Law: You agree that this Promotion is governed, interpreted and enforced by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all legal actions, claims or proceedings arising out of, or in connection with this Promotion must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong.
