Coupon Pals Rules, Terms & Conditions (the “Official Rules”) 

     These Terms & Conditions apply to the “Coupon Pals” promotional campaign, game, or event (hereinafter, a “Game”) being run on the Game page of the AliExpress website (www.aliexpress.com) (“AliExpress”).

   1. Game Period:  The Game begins on February 27, 2020 00:00:00 Pacific Time (PST) and will be ended on February 27, 2022 00:00:00 Pacific Time (PST) (the “Game Period”).

   2. Eligible Member: You must be a registered member of Aliexpress.com, except that employees, officers and directors of the Promoter and their respective immediate family members, affiliated and subsidiary companies, any company involved in the Game, together with their agents are not eligible to enter, and you are allowed to participate in the Game under the applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction (“Eligible Member”).

   3. The Game:  During the Game Period, Eligible Members who satisfy the requirements hereunder described in these Official Rules, shall be entitled to certain rewards, such as a specified amount of AliExpress Coupon (“Offers”). 

   4. Promoter: [Alibaba.com Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited], a company incorporated in Singapore with registered office address at 8 Shenton Way, #45-01 AXA Tower, Singapore 068811 (the “Promoter”).

   5. Availability: This Game is available on AliExpress iPhone and Android Apps. Due to system fault, technical restrictions, and/or change of local laws, regulations and policies, the Game may not be available to certain markets. For registered members whose country set in the system is Russia,  Kazakh, Turkmenistan, Georgia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Indonesia, Turkey, ​Czech Republic, Tajikistan or Kyrgyzstan (the “Special Markets”), the Game may not be available or may have certain restrictions to them.

   6. Game-specific Rules: 

   a) An Eligible Member may visit the Game page and commence the game by clicking on the “Play now” button.

   b) Once a round of the Game commenced, an Eligible Member is required to tap on the specified button as many times as he/she could within ten (10) seconds to get points, which are awarded based on the tapping frequency in each round (“Points”).

   c) Within 12 hours of successfully completing each round of the game (the “Claim Period”), an Eligible Member is entitled to use certain amount of Points to redeem one(1) AliExpress Coupon with specified face value, minimum spend threshold, usage period and other restrictions on the Game Page (such Eligible Member, a “Qualifying Member”).

   d) A Qualifying Member can invite other Eligible Member(s) (“Invitee(s)”) to participate in the Game by sharing the link provided by the Promoter to the Invitee(s) (“Invite Link”):

                                                 i.     If an Invitee successfully complete the game by accessing the Invite Link within 30 days from the date on which the Invite Link is provided to the Qualifying Member, certain amount of Points will be awarded and accumulated to the total Points a Qualifying Member will get; and

                                                ii.     The Qualifying Member may invite an unrestricted number of Invitees with the Invite Link, but only the first three Invitees who complete the game will be counted to calculate the total Points; and

                                               iii.     In the event that the Invitee is a new user of AliExpress and has never been invited to the Game and successfully completed a round of the Game, extra Points will be awarded to the Qualifying Member who invited him or her.

   e) Points accumulated for each round will be cleared and become invalid if an Eligible Member terminates the game, exits the App or close the Game page before the Game Period ends.

   f)  Each Eligible Member may only complete one round of the game every twelve (12) hours.

   g) Failure to redeem the AliExpress Coupon within the Claim Period would render the Points invalid and the Qualifying Member will not be entitled to redeem any AliExpress Coupon in connection with such points.

   h) Eligible Members of the Special Markets may not be able to access the full feature of the Game and may be restricted to share an Invite Link.

   i) The Offers received in non-Special Markets shall not be applied to make a purchase in Special Markets, vice versa.

   j) You understand and agree that the amount of AliExpress Coupons is based on US dollars and may be converted to local currency on the Game page. You further understand and agree that due to time difference and the fluctuation of currency conversion rate, amount of the final coupon you received may be inconsistent with the amount displayed on Game page.

   7. General Rules:

   a) By participating in this Game, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. 

   b) Any fraud and/or abuse of the Offers awarded/ received under the Game by you (as determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of your eligibility to the Offers and/or cancellation of all or part of your account(s) with the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to deduct the value of any Offers awarded inappropriately to you directly from your account(s) with the Promoter without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.

   c) Due to serious network attack or system fault, technical restrictions, and/or change of local laws, regulations and policies, and/or in the event that the Game is ceased or suspended by relevant authorities, the Game or any Offers awarded to Eligible Members may be suspended, terminated, and/or canceled, either in part or in all, for users in one or more jurisdictions. Such situation shall constitute a force majeure event and the Promoter shall not be liable for any damages or claims that arise out of the event.

   d) The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or undeliverable entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by e-mail or otherwise. 

   e) In the event that the Game becomes inoperable due to any computer network related reasons, you agree that the Promoter shall not be held liable for any damages.

   f) Time and validity of any transactions and/or your eligibility to the Offers shall be determined by the Promoter at it sole discretion based on the Promoter’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record of transaction held by you and that held by the Promoter, the Promoter’s record shall be conclusive and binding on you.

   g) The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Official Rules as well as to vary or terminate any of the Offers without prior notice. In the event of disputes, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding.

   h) The Promoter reserves the right and absolute discretion to cancel or revoke your right to participate in a Game or use any Offers, upon discovery of your violation of these Official Rules or your dishonest, malicious, fraudulent, unlawful or, in the opinion of the Promoter, inappropriate acts in your participation in any Game.

   i) By participating in this Game, you acknowledge that the Promoter shall not be responsible for any costs (including but not limited to delivery, inspection, taxes and/or transaction costs) in relation to or arising from your receiving of or using the Offer.

   8. AliExpress Coupon Additional Terms and Conditions: If you are receiving AliExpress coupons as Offers, terms and conditions under this paragraph 8 shall also apply.

   a) You shall use them within [● days/hours] after the AliExpress Coupon is credited to your account or with the period as indicated on the Coupon or the Game page ((the “Usage Period”).Coupons that remain unused after the Usage Period will lapse and cannot be refunded or exchanged for anything.

   b) AliExpress Coupons may not be used for certain regions, including but not limited to the Special Markets, and/or products and/or shipping purposes as may be decided by AliExpress.com from time to time.

   9. Conflict of Terms and Conditions:

   a) In case of any discrepancy in the content between the English and other non-English language versions of these Official Rules, the English version shall prevail.

   b) In the event that any of the terms under these Official Rules conflict with rules and/or any such related information displayed elsewhere on AliExpress.com, the terms under these Official Rules shall prevail.

   10. Disclaimer: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE PROMOTER BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS GAME, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT SPONSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE.

   11. Disputes: You acknowledge and agree that the Promoter or any of its affiliates shall not be responsible, and shall have no liability to it or anyone else for any dispute or claim that arises out of your participation in the Game.

   12. Governing Law:  You agree that this Game is governed, interpreted and enforced by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all legal actions, claims or proceedings arising out of, or in connection with this Game must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong.
